The Start Fresh Project

The Start Fresh Project

Start Fresh took root with founder Michael Buffett. It started out as a non-profit organization facilitates culinary education programming to inspire people about food. Teaching employment and life skills, while creating access to meaningful employment. This is how their team was formed, and the talented chefs involved in this project are taking the knowledge and skills from this experience to build a Collaborative Kitchen, creating a truly community kitchen that will host events, produce catering, and facilitate boutique cooking classes.
